THERE’S a new cafe coming to Lower Templestowe that is set to have tongues wagging in a few weeks.
The new kid on the block, Riddik is an all-day cafe — licensed from morning to night — that’s going to serve up Code Black espresso brews all day and Code Black espresso martinis all night.
